From the day we opened our doors on April 18, 2003. Roy F. Collier Community Center has been committed to improving the lives of the people in our community.

This commitment has earned us recognition as one of the most innovative, resourceful and multi-faceted community facilities in our state.

In managing the hundreds of services, programs and projects we undertake to fulfill the commitment, we work hard to regularly gauge the impact that our efforts have, large and small.

We attempt to bring into perspective the programs and opportunities that draw tens of thousands of people through our doors each year.And in the end, people are at the center of all that we do. Serving our community, one visitor at a time, we stay focused on uniting our community.

However, we know we cannot do it by ourselves. We depend on our local community partners to help us understand where our help is most needed. We thank all of them for their guidance and for the amazing work they do day-in and day-out, with little fanfare, to strengthen our community.

The Roy Collier Community Center's primary mission continues to be largely focused on educational and outreach programming.

Our Center's greatest impact has continued to be offering opportunities to our citizens that simply are not possible anywhere else in our community. From the point of building design, a significant part of You Collier Community Center's purpose has been to improve the health and wellness of the local community.
